Disneyland!

Z is wearing the Mickey Mouse ears brought all the way back from 

DisneyWORLD by Auntie Julie and Uncle Tim!

These are actually photos from her second trip to Disneyland (yes, lucky girl

has already gone twice in one month, lucky girl with a 

nice uncle and aunt who have a  silver pass to Disney)

 We have a Disney app that plays the music and shows a different scene for each line of verse.  It's actually a very cute app and has some interactive components as well, and so she immediately recognized the music and started saying 'hi' to all the figures.

 stroller parking - outside of each ride, there is a stroller parking lot. 

People just leave all their belongings out in the open, amazingly.  Before we went, I read online about all the stroller thefts that take place at Disney (sometimes the internet is NOT a good thing) but luckily our stroller went untouched.

 The first trip to Disney, the very first ride we took Zooey on was the Little Mermaid - basically you sit in a 'clamshell' and it rotates around to show different scenes from the movie.  She didn't know the movie at all but really liked the ride and wanted to go again and again.  So of course after we got home, we immediately started showing her the movie and got her a book.  She loves the movie and always wants "ahhh-riel" and starts to sing "ah~~~"

 We took her on the ride again, and of course she loved it.  She kept waving to Ariel and was very excited by all the dancing fish in "under the sea"
