Where's my thumb?

For several weeks now, Zooey has been shoving her

entire fist in her mouth, but this week, she's been getting

closer and closer to finding the elusive thumb:

"Yes, I found it!!!"

Drama Queen!

Zooey is no fan of tummy time,

as witnessed here and here, however, we think she is

becoming a bit of a drama queen:

Although she sounds like she's being subjected to "baby torture,"

as referred to by her Uncle Peter, as soon as we pick her up there

are usually no tears and often a smile or two thrown our way...

The weather was so beautiful today that we decided to go for a walk around the campus of the Claremont colleges, then head into town for lunch. We finished eating, including Zooey, when she became increasingly fussy. She had a diaper blowout which leaked all over mommy's clothes as well! The restroom didn't have a diaper station so mom had to clean and change her on the narrow counter. Unfortunately, mom didn't have a change of clothes and had to walk all the way home covered in Zooey's poop! Was this payback for posting this video?
